The Opportunity: We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team. Here at MassMutual Pacific you will own your book of business, attract new clients, and nurture those client relationships. As a new team member, you will provide personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to recommend suitable solutions based on client needs. Communicate effectively with clients to build long-lasting relationships Monitor financial market trends to ensure that the client's plans are effective. Complying with all industry rules and regulations, and with the company's policies. Desired Qualifications: 3-5 years experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role. Health and Life License Successful completion of FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills. A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. Nice-to-Haves: CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification Understanding and experience with financial planning software Proven track record of success in a sales role Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
