Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Network Infrastructure & Lab Services team, supporting large-scale engineering lab and data center network deployments. This role will drive cross-functional programs that improve the speed, quality, and scalability of network infrastructure delivery across global regions.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end network deployment programs from planning through execution and post-deployment validationManage project timelines, dependencies, risks, escalations, and stakeholder communicationsCoordinate infrastructure deployments across North America, EMEA, and APAC regionsDrive task management, backlog prioritization, reporting, and workflow governance using Jira, Asana, or similar toolsPartner with network engineering, data center operations, facilities, and external vendors to ensure successful program deliveryDevelop SOPs, deployment playbooks, KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport strategic programs involving network security, compliance, patch management, operational tooling, and next-generation network technologiesRequired Qualifications:12+ years of experience in networking, infrastructure, data center, or lab environments5+ years of Technical Program Management experienceStrong experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programsHands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar project management toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologiesTechnical Knowledge:Data Center Spine-Leaf ArchitecturesBGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLANIPv4/IPv6, DNS, DHCP/DHCPv6Network Monitoring (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, gNMI)Network Security Fundamentals (MACsec, IPsec, 802.1X, RADIUS, Firewalls)QoS, NAT/NAT64, ECMP Redundancy Concepts
