The ideal candidate will have experience in general construction, demolition, and carpentry work. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including lifting, carrying, and assembling materials, operating power tools, and cleaning job sites. Ability to read blueprints is a must, must be familiar with all trades, The right individual will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well with others. Responsibilities: Follow safety protocols and regulations. Lift and carry heavy objects. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, shoveling, and operating machinery. Work in a team environment. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Work in all weather conditions. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment.
