Our employees are empowered to bring their full potential to the table, ensuring long-term success for our team and those we serve.About Your RoleAs an ABA Therapy Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide direct supportive services to children/youth and their families experiencing mental, behavioral, or emotional challenges leading to functional impairment.Implement skill acquisition programs as directed by the BCBAImplement behavior reduction interventions and programming with individual consumersCollect data on targeted skills and behaviors utilizing data management systems adopted by organizationMaintain a daily assigned schedule for each child to ensure individualized behavioral needs are met.Collaborate with all members of the treatment team to ensure consistency and will be present and participate in necessary meetings, supervision and trainings as required.Assist the BCBA in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventionsYou will work primarily with individuals diagnosed with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Down Syndrome, and may also support children/adolescents with mental health such as ADHD, PTSD, ODD, Disruptive Mood Disorder, and Anxiety/Depression. Through education, training, and support in home and community settings, you will help clients engage in positive change, sustain their progress, and foster success within their families and other environments.QualificationsCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and meet the following requirements Completed the 40-hour RBT training course defined within the RBT Task List developed by the BACB Completed the RBT Competency Assessment upon completionPass the RBT Examination administered through Pearson Professional Center sitesPerks Of This Role Pay ranges between $22-24/hr based on experience and certifications Flexible scheduleDoes the Following Apply to You?
