Assembler Entry Level Welcome

_*Please make sure anyone submitted for Minnetonka knows they have to work a M-F 8 am-4:30 pm for the first week, regardless of their shift schedule*_ Monday– Thursday 445 am – 3:15 pm (4X10) 14901 DeVeau Place ● Opportunity for overtime on Fridays *Responsibilities* * Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. * Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively. * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. * Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. * Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise during the assembly process. * Utilize forklift equipment as necessary for moving materials within the manufacturing facility. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate assembly line equipment. * Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in assembly tasks. * Warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in material handling or logistics. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. _*High School Diploma or GED required*_ _*Thank you for taking the time to read through this job posting.
