This position serves as a key point of contact for families, caregivers, and staff while performing clerical tasks such as handling phone calls, responding to emails, managing registrations, tracking orders, and preparing reports. Strong communication skills, accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & CommunicationServe as a primary point of contact for families, caregivers, and staff.Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and provide timely, accurate information regarding program registration and services.Assist families with the registration process and help resolve customer inquiries.Administrative & Clerical SupportMaintain accurate records, registration forms, and documentation for private-pay, Subsidy, and MDP participants.Support the collection, organizing, and filing of required program documents.Assist in maintaining Early Childhood online registration and waitlists.Data Entry & ReportingCreate and update weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to registration, attendance, staffing, and licensing.Enter and maintain data in internal tracking systems with a high level of accuracy.Track staff training updates and notify supervisors of upcoming expirations.Support accident report tracking and enter information into the Risk Management System.Program SupportAssist marketing and outreach efforts by helping prepare materials and sharing information with families and community partners.Participate in community events to support awareness and promote Early Childhood Programs.Collaborate with supervisors, HR, Training & Development, and Creative HQ to ensure timely communication and accurate program information.QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).Experience handling calls, emails, data entry, and document management.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.Prior administrative, clerical, or assistant experience preferred.Weekly pay and benefits available!
