Overview As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, shaping AI-powered solutions across the sales cycle. You’ll partner with Product, R&D, and Engineering to ensure customer needs influence product direction while delivering high-impact pre-sales engagements. You’ll design tailored POCs, manage RFPs, and address complex security questions, driving value demonstrations across multi-channel customer support. This role blends technical depth with customer storytelling to scale Fin’s solutions in a fast-growing environment.
