Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, patients and visitors, managing front desk operations with efficiency and courtesy. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office management tools. The successful applicant will support daily administrative functions, ensure smooth office operations, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage phone system, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages Handle appointment scheduling using acuity scheduling Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks Support office management tasks such as supply ordering and correspondence handling Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Maintain organized workspaces and ensure the front desk area is welcoming and professional light cleaning assist tech if needed Requirements Proven office or clerical experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs Previous experience as a medical receptionist advantageous but not required Personal assistant or administrative support experience is beneficial Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
