Physical Therapist - Chicago, IL (Accepting New Grads) Location: (Glenview, Jefferson Park, Loop; Float option for downtown clinics)Additional Earnings: Monthly bonuses, productivity incentives, and profit sharingShift Schedule:• Full-time, 5 shifts per week• Typically 2-day shifts and 3 evening shifts• Open to negotiating 2 evening shifts• Early Fridays year-round (off by 3:00 PM)Key Responsibilities:• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and functional conditions• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans• Collaborate with physical therapists, nutrition specialists, and other clinicians to deliver holistic care• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness strategies• Contribute to a positive clinic culture and support clinic growthRequirements:• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy• Active Illinois PT license or pending licensure• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care• Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment• Interest in a multidisciplinary care modelBenefits:• Full Suites Of Benefits Available
