We're looking for an Automations & AI Lead for our Life Science North America Project Services team who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Here's what you'll need BS/BA in Technology, Construction, Engineering or other related field At least 10 years of experience in project delivery and supporting supplemental AEC business functions Intelligently evaluate and implement AI and automation capabilities (e.g., Azure AI, copilots, agents, language models) where they meaningfully improve employee efficiency, decision-making, and quality of life Establish and follow best practices for enterprise automation, including governance, environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod), security, and lifecycle management Proficiency with SQL development, familiarity with relational database principles, and proficiency with additional programming languages and data formats including Python, JSON, PowerShell and similar technologies Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory and Databricks, as well as and other ETL tools that contribute to sustainable workflow optimizations Proven development experience using Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas Apps and Power Automate to build scalable and maintainable solutions Experience refining and optimizing Power Apps and Power Automate flows to improve performance, reliability, and usability in enterprise environments Architect and implement data storage and consolidation solutions that unify data from disparate systems into centralized, trusted models that enable advanced reporting and analytics Proficiency with data ingestion using Azure Storage (Blob, ADLS), REST APIs (OAuth, token-based authentication, JSON/XML parsing), OData feeds, Azure Synapse Link, Azure SQL, Dataverse, on-premises or Azure-hosted databases Proficiency with Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, advanced visualizations and complex report designsIdeally, you’ll also have Strong communication skills both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to adopt best practices and share ideas for improvement within the team Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base Ability to solve complex technical problems independently and collaborate with peers for shared solutions Ability to effectively communicate with project team members and contribute to positive project outcomes Ability to operate effectively in an agile, fast-moving environment, rapidly adapting solutions as business needs and priorities evolve Apply sound engineering judgment to determine when to use low-code, pro-code, or hybrid approaches based on complexity, scale, and long-term maintainability Comfortable working within diverse teams and contributing across functions with guidance as needed Experience mentoring others and raising overall solution quality through standards, documentation, and design review Demonstrated experience acting as a hands-on technical lead or solution owner for complex enterprise initiatives, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience, #ConstructionOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
