As a memory care assistant, you will have the opportunity to get to know our Residents on a personal basis and provide loving and nurturing care to them: - With your help as a memory care assistant, Residents will remain as independent as possible in their daily lives. Residents will often continue to require assistance completing some of their day-to-day tasks, such as getting dressed, incontinence care, eating, bathing, and doing chores. - You will help to oversee and assist Residents in fun activities! - Residents may need your assistance getting around within the facility. - You will serve as a liaison between the Resident, other caregivers and providers, and family members to help ensure strong communication, which leads to excellent care! - You may need to respond to medical or safety issues as they arise. This is a perfect and rewarding position for someone with a passion for helping and caring for others!
