Candidates from any location in U.S. will be considered. This junior level position will work closely with the entire clinical team in the US, Canada and UK and report to the Manager of U.S. Clinical Reservations ExpectationsManage domestic and international travel requests received through our secure HIPAA/GDPR-compliant portalBook and coordinate all aspects of patient travel, including air, hotel, rental car, sedan service, ground ambulance, and other specialized medical arrangementsDemonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, caregivers, and clients.Liaise with pharmaceutical clients to ensure seamless communication and support for sponsored patientsCollaborate with team members and participate in regular meetings to ensure alignment and consistencyResolve travel-related issues quickly and effectively with a focus on patient careApply creative thinking to develop solutions for complex or urgent travel needs The candidate will go through training to become GCP certified (Good Clinical Practice)RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience3+ years of experience as a Travel Advisor, with demonstrated expertise in client service and travel coordinationStrong proficiency in Sabre GDS is requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in keyboarding and general computer useStrong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritiesFast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processesProven ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalismExperience working in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-oriented environmentMust have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Benefits OnboardIn addition to Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Direct Travel offers a Total Rewards Package which includes Retirement Plans, Wellness, Rewards and Recognition, Sustainability, DE&I initiatives, and Mental Health Support.Direct Travel is an EOE/AA/Veteran/People with Disabilities employer
