Key focus area on search quality.Work with engineers, team leads, and product managers to provide member perspective on features such that they meet market needs with respect to functionality, usability, performance, accessibility, and securityPartner with engineering to identify and report issues. Verify bugs are fixed and provide sign-off verification to engineeringAuthor and execute test cases based on product specs and member behaviorMaintain test case repository as source of truth for expected product behavior and test coverageAnalyze member reported issues and recommend test coverage improvementsBe able to estimate the level of effort, balance and prioritize multiple projects in parallelEffectively present technical and functional details to senior leaders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds and provide recommendation on product readiness for public launchBasic QualificationsBE/BS/BA degree required1+ years' experience in one or more of the following areas: User Testing, Product Evaluation, Quality Assurance, User Experience, Program/Project Management, Test Engineering, or Technical Support.1+ year JIRA knowledgePreferred QualificationsExperience in GenAI testing and output scoringExperience in Agile methodologiesExperience with SQL and database structures is a plusExperience with APIs is a plusHigh attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslySuggested Skills:Testing BackgroundMobile device and laptop bug identificationProduct QualityPay Rate: $49.21 - $61.78/hr.
