This role supervises personnel and contractors while coordinating operational activities across drilling, production, pipeline, plant, or field operations environments.The position requires strong leadership, operational planning, and maintenance coordination skills to support high-volume operations programs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple simultaneous activities, maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards, and driving operational efficiency in fast-paced field environments.This role operates on a rotational schedule of 14 days on / 14 days off with 10-12 hour workdays.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient execution of operational activities.Coordinate contractor activities and ensure compliance with operational, safety, and environmental requirements.Support large-scale operational programs involving multiple rigs, crews, or field assets.Monitor operational performance, reliability, and production efficiency across assigned assets.Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.Lead and participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and incident prevention activities.Manage work schedules, manpower planning, and operational logistics.Coordinate maintenance planning and operational support activities.Oversee emergency response readiness and support implementation of contingency plans.Track operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.Communicate effectively with operations, maintenance, engineering, and management teams.Support budgeting efforts and assist in managing operational costs.Ensure operational documentation, reports, and records are accurate and completed on time.Assist with startup, turnaround, or critical operational projects as needed.SkillsOperations and field supervisionContractor coordination and oversightSafety and environmental complianceProduction and operations managementMaintenance coordination and schedulingOperational planning and logisticsLeadership and team managementProblem-solving and decision-makingEmergency response coordinationProcess and operational optimizationBudget and cost managementMicrosoft Office Suite proficiencyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred; equivalent field experience considered.Minimum 5-10 years of operations, production, field, or maintenance supervision experience preferred.Experience supporting large operational programs or multi-rig operations strongly preferred.Strong understanding of field operations, maintenance practices, and operational safety standards.Experience supervising contractors and field personnel.Ability to work rotational schedules and extended field hours.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Ability to adapt to changing operational priorities and demanding workloads.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to field locations as required.Job DetailsPay: $71.32/per hr, with Infield Mileage $1/mileLocation: Permian BasinSchedule: 14/14
