Job Summary LACOBA Homes, Inc. currently has part-time positions on 7-3 shift and 3-11 shift. Full-time and part-time positions on 11-7 shift available for CNA's and NA's. These positions require the employee to work every other weekend. NA's will be required to attend class one day a week to complete required certification for CNA. Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse - Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, Feeding, dressing, and grooming - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients - Maintain a clean and organized patient environment Qualifications - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or - be 18 years of age and attend Nursing Assistant training classes provided by LACOBA to obtain certification after 4 months. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
