We invite you to explore the current opportunities available at CSAT Solutions.We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Process Engineering Technician 1 for our Motherboard Repair team.Role and ResponsibilitiesAssists engineers with validating current processes and new process implementations with the use of time studies, process flows and other toolsCollects data and assists with data analysisResolves engineering tickets which may include computer parts, subcomponents or testingImplements/adjusts process layoutsSupports senior process engineers with new product introduction readiness and trainingPractices 5S and lean methodologies and provides specialist technical input into team project workAssists with creating a culture to support lean methodologies and 5SResponsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their departmentMay assist with communication for new processesMay perform other duties as assignedSkills, Education and TrainingAssociates degree in relevant field or course work equivalent towards B.S. in engineering/related field preferred1 year or more experience within relevant fieldTroubleshooting and diagnostics experience of computer parts/components requiredBasic understanding of engineering drawings and specificationsEmail and written messaging with intermediate Excel knowledgeProficient English abilities requiredFamiliarity with continuous improvement methods preferredExcellent time-management skillsAbility to follow documented procedures, standards and policiesMust be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with general supervisionWorking Conditions and Essential Abilities & FunctionsWarehouse environment (may not be climate-controlled)Use of small hand toolsFrequent standing, walking and sittingOccasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.CSAT Solutions LP is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age or other legally protected status#hireCSAT
