The ACD is integral to the mentorship and training of BCBAs at the local, in-center level. The ACD has exemplary clinical, leadership, and mentorship skills. Additionally, the ACD is able to successfully impart those skills - clinical, leadership, and professional growth - in fellow BCBAs. Skills & Qualifications What You'll Need Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is requiredAt least two years of experience as a BCBAValid licensure in applicable states Ready to Make an Impact?
