Strong in workflow analysis, validation, and cross-functional collaboration. Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Analysis & Platform SupportAnalyze system workflows, defining inputs, outputs, dependencies, and expected behavior.Assess platform changes and downstream impacts; support release readiness.Use AI-assisted tools for workflow analysis and validation.Data & Process ValidationValidate structured data inputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Perform impact analysis for workflow or logic changes.Identify and resolve data issues in collaboration with engineering/product teams.Establish standards for validation, workflows, and documentation.Leverage AI tools to detect anomalies and improve data quality.Quality Assurance & TestingDefine test strategies, scenarios, and validation criteria.Lead functional and regression testing for platform updates.Document outcomes, identify gaps, and support remediation.Release & Documentation ManagementEnsure traceability across requirements, workflows, and releases.Own release readiness from validation and documentation perspective.Provide validation sign-off and recommend release go/no-go decisions.Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.Optimize workflows, validation methods, and documentation practices.Apply AI tools to improve analysis and operational effectiveness.Decision-Making AuthorityDefine and enforce standards for workflows, validation, and documentationApprove/reject system changes based on quality and alignmentAssess and determine release readiness
