Associate Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to handle a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing cases independently, negotiating with insurance carriers, and litigating when necessary. The attorney will work directly with clients and play an active role in case strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesManage a docket of plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trialEvaluate claims, develop case strategy, and advise clients on legal options and case progressDraft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage all aspects of litigationConduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferencesNegotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel to resolve claims favorably for clientsPrepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, and trial strategyMaintain consistent communication with clients and provide high-quality client serviceQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in OklahomaCivil litigation experience preferredCompensation package includes base salary commensurate with experience + commission.Benefits Information: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, HSA, 401k, life insurance, disability insuranceEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:SearchPointNY/Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
