The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach to prospective clients, and manage follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include presenting products and services, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations in coordination with the sales leadership team. The role also involves coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting with content and promotional materials, and tracking campaign performance to support sales objectives. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, provide product and service information to customers, and support ongoing training efforts for new offerings and sales processes.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, respond to inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, opportunity management, and closing, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.Background in Sales Management or support, including pipeline tracking, reporting, and coordination with leadership.Experience delivering or supporting Training on products, services, or sales processes for internal teams or clients.Ability to work on-site in Pine Brook, NJ, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.Comfort with CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms.Prior experience in B2B sales, marketing, or a related field; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
