Certification in first aid, CPR, or emergency medical response. Familiarity with security technology such as CCTV systems and access control software. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities: Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards. Control access to facilities by verifying credentials and managing visitor logs. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, including providing first aid or contacting emergency services as needed. Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance issues accurately and timely. Collaborate with team members and external agencies to enhance security protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Skills: The required skills such as vigilance, attention to detail, and physical stamina are essential for conducting effective patrols and monitoring security systems daily. Communication skills enable the security professional to interact clearly with visitors, staff, and emergency responders, ensuring smooth incident management. Knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid allows for immediate and appropriate responses to health or safety incidents.
