Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead a growing inside/outside sales organization within the promotional products and branded merchandise industry.This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing a team of 7–10 sales professionals, driving performance, building structure, and developing a more data-driven, scalable sales function. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader who excels at coaching teams, building processes, and leveraging sales analytics—not an individual contributor role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of 7–10 sales representativesBuild a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and growthDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansionCreate and refine sales reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboardsPartner with leadership to improve sales processes, CRM usage, and pipeline managementAnalyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gapsSupport territory planning and optimization for sales team membersHire, onboard, and develop future sales talent as the team scalesAct as the operational and strategic leader of the sales function (non-producing role)What We’re Looking For5+ years of sales leadership experience (team management required)Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, print, apparel, or similar industry strongly preferredStrong understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, and CRM toolsProven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teamsExperience building or scaling a sales organization is a strong plusData-driven mindset with strong operational execution skillsExcellent communication and leadership presenceCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $100,000Performance Bonus: Up to $50,000On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) planPaid time off (PTO)Stable, growing organization with long-term career opportunityLocationOnsite role based in Kent, WACollaborative, team-based office environment
