Product Manager

Then this Product Manager could be the right fit for you. Responsibilities: Manage and execute marketing initiatives to effectively promote the company's product portfolio. This includes the development of sales support materials such as product literature, application notes, and digital content, as well as dealer-facing resources including flyers, webinars, and articles. Plan and implement promotional campaigns and annual marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase market visibility. Conduct in-depth market research, including analysis of product applications and the competitive landscape, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth. Present competitive insights, product enhancement recommendations, and new product ideas to the New Products Committee. Maintain comprehensive competitive intelligence files for assigned products, analyzing key differentiators and effectively communicating findings to Sales and Support teams. Lead cross-functional Product Development Teams for assigned product lines, including the creation of Product Development Proposals and execution of Market Introduction Plans for new or redesigned products. Engage in field travel to strengthen market understanding, support Sales Representatives, and build relationships with customers. Partner with Marketing Communications to develop targeted promotional programs and educational content aligned with product strategies. Deliver product training by conducting seminars and creating training materials for internal teams, dealers, and customers. Develop a deep understanding of product applications and functionality; collect and publish customer use cases (with approval) and promote product innovations that support evolving applications. Provide technical, application, and sales support for the product portfolio to Customer Service, Sales teams (inside and field), dealer representatives, and end users as needed. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferably in life sciences), or 3-4 years of relevant experience and/or training An equivalent combination of education and experience.
