This position supports the store's commitment to quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESStock shelves, coolers, and displays with fresh, high-quality productsRotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize wasteMaintain visually appealing and organized displays that reflect the store's upscale brandGreet and assist customers with product inquiries and locationsKeep store clean, safe, and clutter-freeEnsure shelves are dust-free and products are front-faced and properly labeledPerform routine cleaning and sanitization of work areas, equipment, and common spaces to maintain a safe, organized, and hygienic environmentCommunicate effectively with other departments (e.g., produce, guest services, deli)Support store events, promotions, and seasonal merchandising effortsParticipate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and store standardsFollow dress code and grooming standards that reflect the upscale environmentWill complete all duties and requests as assigned by managementThis is a casual part-time position working both weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 5:30 am and 9:00 pm.Skills/RequirementsPrevious retail or grocery experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesAbility to lift up to 50lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and push a floor scrubberFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.We believe in supporting you from the moment you join us, which is why Kohler offers day 1 benefits.
