The associate should be primarily engaged in non-manual work related to the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the community. This role assists in coordinating activities of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment, and dining services departments.Responsibilities-Assistant Residence DirectorProvides direct supervision of all personnel to include training, coaching, staffing and related duties Acting as manager-on-duty responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residence Assists Residence Director with compliance, financials, sales, marketing, recruiting, and other duties as assignedWhy we should be your “home away from home”Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
