The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for all nursing departments while supporting daily facility operations.This position requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain nursing department schedules for all shiftsCoordinate staffing coverage for call-outs, vacations, leaves, and open shiftsCommunicate staffing needs with nursing leadership and agency partners as neededMonitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with state and federal staffing requirementsMaintain accurate staffing records and attendance reportsAssist with payroll preparation and timekeeping reconciliationTrack overtime and work to minimize unnecessary labor costsSupport onboarding and scheduling of new hiresCommunicate professionally with employees regarding schedule updates and staffing needsAssist with PBJ staffing data collection and reporting as neededQualificationsPrevious staffing or scheduling experience in a skilled nursing facility, healthcare, or long-term care setting preferredKnowledge of nursing schedules and staffing requirements preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage changing prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and staffing/payroll software systemsReliable, detail-oriented, and professionalBenefitsCompetitive salary up to $65,000 annuallyHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holiday pay401(k) retirement planOpportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive and team-oriented work environmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.HCN123
