NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join our client’s team in Nokomis, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.SALARY: $120,000–$180,000 (depending on experience)Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.Requirements7+ years of HR leadership experienceExperience leading a team of at least 1–3 HR professionalsProven success implementing HR systems and creating efficienciesBackground in blue-collar environments such as construction or manufacturingStrong leadership and ability to drive organizational changeComfortable working with hourly/nightly employees and field teamsResponsibilitiesLead HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and field supportSupport and coach blue-collar and construction teamsRevamp HR policies and procedures to support company growthBuild a strong organizational structure and consistency across multiple locationsPartner closely with field managers to foster trust and alignmentAct as a visible advocate for company culture and employee engagementDrive the rollout of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) system, including training programs and integrationsDevelop training and upskilling initiativesImprove delegation within the HR team to empower staffHandle interpersonal issues, employee relations, and mitigate litigation risksSupport organizational change initiatives and obtain buy-in from managementNextpath Workforce SolutionsNextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
