We are seeking a Commissioning Project Development Engineer to support investment-grade energy audits, identify Energy Conservation Measures, develop project scopes, coordinate with contractors, and help clients optimize building systems. This role is ideal for someone who understands HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems, controls, retro-commissioning, and energy performance contracting.
What You’ll Do
As a Commissioning Project Development Engineer, you will:
Perform investment-grade energy audits and facility assessments.
Identify Energy Conservation Measures and building optimization opportunities.
Evaluate HVAC systems, controls, BAS sequences, and operational performance.
Support retro-commissioning and commissioning-related project development.
Develop technical scopes, project recommendations, and implementation strategies.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, facility teams, and internal engineering groups.
Work directly with clients to understand facility needs and develop practical solutions.
Support energy performance contracting, building optimization, and modernization projects.
