Director of Preconstruction
Responsible for providing leadership to the Preconstruction team, setting strategy and standards for execution planning and phase gate governance portfolio. This position is accountable for delivering consistent, high-quality and executable delivery plans by partnering with executive and senior leaders of various internal departments. Additionally, oversees resourcing and capability development for the preconstruction team; establishes operating rhythms, metrics, and dashboards to drive performance and continuous improvement; provides resources to perform execution planning on projects when/if Operational resources are unavailable and ensures a disciplined handoff from Estimating and to Operations at the appropriate times.
