This is a true field service role for technicians who enjoy hands-on work, autonomy, and direct customer interactionbacked by a strong support team.What You'll Be DoingTroubleshoot and repair CNC machine tools (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)Install new machines and support upgradesProvide on-site and remote technical supportTrain customers on machine operation and preventative maintenanceCommunicate clearly with customers and internal service teamsTravel weekly to customer sites across multiple statesWhat They're Looking ForMinimum of 2 years of hands-on CNC troubleshooting and repair experienceGrinding experience preferred; lathe experience also consideredStrong mechanical and electrical fundamentalsAbility to read and interpret schematics and blueprintsComfortable working independently in a customer-facing field roleWillingness to travel MondayFriday across the West coast, California, Nevada, and ArizonaEquivalent combinations of education and experience will be consideredPreferred: Associate's degree (AAS) in Electronic Technology, Machine Tool Technology, Mechatronics, or a related fieldTravel & LogisticsTerritory includes California, Nevada, and ArizonaPaid travel timeCompany-managed travel arrangementsFlexibility with hotels (reasonable expenses)Company car providedCompensation & Benefits$36$44/hr baseOvertime paid after 8 hours/dayStrong performers earn over $100K annuallyHealth insurance, life insurance, 401(k)Paid holidays and vacationLong-term disabilityIf you're a CNC technician looking for paid travel, strong earnings, and a stable global manufacturer with deep engineering roots, this is a compelling opportunity.
