This role will play a critical part during the ERP due diligence and transition phases, providing strategic advisory to ensure a smooth and efficient migration. The consultant will guide ERP assessments, optimize configurations, map business processes, identify gaps, and ensure compliance while driving modernization through AI-enabled analytics.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advisory on Oracle EBS across key modules including Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, SCM, and QualityAssess current ERP landscape and recommend optimization strategiesLead business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution alignment with business goalsSupport due diligence and transition activities for ERP transformation initiativesEnsure SOX compliance across ERP processes and controlsAdvise on supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing workflowsCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align ERP solutions with organizational needsProvide guidance on AI-driven ERP analytics and process automation to enhance operational efficiencySupport roadmap planning for ERP modernization and potential cloud migrationMust-Have Skills:Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS (minimum 5 modules: Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, SCM, Quality)Deep understanding of food manufacturing or CPG industry processesProven experience in ERP assessment, configuration optimization, and advisoryExpertise in business process mapping and gap analysisStrong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing workflowsExperience ensuring SOX compliance in ERP environmentsFamiliarity with AI-driven analytics and automation in ERP ecosystemsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsNice-to-Have Skills:Experience with dairy or cheese manufacturing processesExposure to Infor Optiva or other PLM toolsExperience in Oracle Fusion Cloud migration or transformation programs Salary and Other Compensation:The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$170,000-180,000 annually]/[$90.00-100.00 per hour].  Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits:The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: [medical insurance] [dental insurance] [vision insurance] [401(k) retirement plan] [long-term disability insurance] [short-term disability insurance] [5 personal days accrued each calendar year.
