Job Title: Electrical Apprentice Location: Houston, TX Project Duration: 3 Months (High Chance for Extension) Shifts: Day Shift and Night Shift Available Pay: $20/hr Start Date: October 14th Job Description: We are hiring Electrical Apprentices for a 3-month project in Houston, TX, with a high potential for extension. This role involves assisting journeymen electricians with tasks such as reading blueprints, laying conduit, pulling wire, installing cable trays, and other electrical installation tasks. Both day and night shifts are available. Key Responsibilities: Assist journeymen electricians with electrical installations and tasks. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project documents. Lay and secure conduit according to project plans. Pull and route wire through conduit and cable trays. Install cable trays and ensure proper alignment and support. Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Work under the supervision of journeymen to learn and apply electrical skills. Qualifications: Experience as an electrical apprentice, with a focus on conduit work, pulling wire, and cable tray installation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. Familiarity with electrical tools and equipment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines. Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to adhere to safety standards on-site. Additional Information: Pay range: $20 per hour. Both day and night shifts available. Project duration: 3 months, with a strong likelihood of extension. Start date: October 14th.
