This role is all about Local Store Marketing, leading grassroots efforts like fundraisers, school and youth programs, summer reading initiatives, gym partnerships, sponsorships, events, and donations that drive awareness, traffic, and meaningful community impact.As the boots-on-the-ground brand ambassador, you’ll build local partnerships, attend and execute events, connect directly with guests, and ensure our restaurants show up in authentic and engaging ways. You may also support new store openings by executing on-site marketing initiatives and creating memorable first impressions in new markets, as needed. The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic, detail-oriented relationship-builder with a strong work ethic.What You’ll Own (Core Responsibilities)Local Store Marketing & Community EngagementBrainstorm and develop targeted Local Store Marketing initiatives.Execute and support Local Store Marketing initiatives cross-functionally and across all markets.Assist in developing new community programs that support brand growth and guest engagement.Identify new partnership and event opportunities that align with brand values and local business goals.Assist with grassroots outreach efforts for new store openings, including on-site event support.Community Partnerships & Relationship ManagementCoordinate and manage community programs such as fundraising, kids programs, Summer Reading programs, gym partnerships, sponsorships, donations, and more.Maintain and grow relationships with local partners like schools, youth organizations, gyms, nonprofits, and local businesses.Support donation requests and ensure timely fulfillment and communication.Partner with store leadership and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful program execution.Event Marketing & Brand RepresentationAttend community events, sponsorship activations, and fundraisers as a brand representative.Manage event logistics including materials, setup, breakdown, and on-site execution.Engage with guests at events to drive awareness, trial, and traffic to local stores.Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically in all community interactions.Influencer & Digital Marketing SupportCoordinate social influencer partnerships for new store openings, local events, and brand marketing.Assist in digital marketing projects related to new store openings and local store marketing.Support digital content creation as needed.Program Management & Performance TrackingTrack participation, results, and feedback from programs and events to support continuous improvement.Maintain organization of marketing materials, event supplies, and program documentation.Maintain budgets, timelines, resources, and execution of all programs, events, and partnerships.What Good Looks LikeYou'll be successful in this role if you are:Driving brand awareness and engagementManaging multiple projects and meeting timelinesBuilding strong relationships with stores and partnersWhat You Bring (Qualifications)Required1-2 years’ experience in marketing, community engagement, events, or related fieldCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookFlexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends as neededValid driver’s license and ability to travel 40-50% of the timePreferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldPrevious experience in restaurant or retail MarketingTotal RewardsGOSH Enterprises offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to attract and retain top executive talent:Competitive base salary commensurate with experienceQuarterly performance bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacation and sick/personal daysShort-term disability coverageVoluntary term life insurance for employee, spouse, and dependents401(k) with company matchWellness activity reimbursementTuition reimbursementOngoing professional development supportGOSH is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities in the application process and throughout employment, as required by applicable law.
