Position Summary: The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that all facilities, equipment, and systems are operating safely and efficiently. This role requires hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests. Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsRespond to maintenance requests from staff or residents in a timely and professional mannerAssist with the setup, repair, and maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and appliancesMaintain safe and organized storage of tools, supplies, and equipmentFollow safety procedures and comply with OSHA regulations and company policiesDocument all maintenance work, repairs, and inspections accuratelyAssist with snow removal, landscaping, and general grounds upkeep as neededSupport special projects and facility improvements as directed by management Qualifications:Proven experience in general maintenance, facilities management, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical systemsAbility to operate hand and power tools safely and effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood physical stamina and the ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasksFlexible schedule, including the ability to respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed What's In It For You?
