They promote appropriate prescribing practices, conduct staff training on pharmacy resources and policies, and develop drug utilization strategies.They collaborate with healthcare teams, serve as a pediatric drug information resource, analyze clinical reports to identify trends, and assist in policy development to ensure regulatory compliance.Qualifications include a PharmD, licensure in Florida, pediatric pharmacology expertise, strong communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis. Preferred candidates have relevant experience, certifications, residency training, and Medicaid familiarity.Salary ranges from $80,412 to $156,803 annually.
