You'll balance relationship management, financial plan development, and business growth initiatives, contributing directly to the firm's success. This position plays a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience while driving new business and strengthening strategic partnerships.Responsibilities include:Serve as the primary advisor and relationship manager for clientsConduct client meetings, reviews, and present financial planning and investment recommendationsDevelop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with client goalsAnalyze investments, insurance coverage, retirement plans, and tax strategiesCollaborate with clients' external advisors to deliver holistic financial guidanceDrive new business development through prospect meetings and follow-upsMaintain and grow existing client relationships while meeting annual growth goalsSupport and participate in client events and firm marketing initiativesUtilize CRM tools (e.g., Redtail) to manage client service requests and workflowsPartner with leadership on firm strategy, operations, and financial goalsEnsure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and industry regulationsMentor and support team members in financial planning and business developmentContribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiativesRequirements and Qualifications:CFP certification required5+ years of experience in a financial advisor or wealth management roleProven ability to develop and manage client relationships/strong book of businessSeries 65 license requiredPrior Holistic financial planning experienceStrong business development/prospecting experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in planning software + independent client management + in-office requirementAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyWillingness to travel up to 25%About the Hiring Company:Our client is a comprehensive financial planning firm dedicated to helping clients achieve long-term financial success through personalized strategies.
