Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY for a dedicated Youth Worker. The Youth Worker will engage directly with young individuals to provide mentorship, guidance, and support. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating youth programs, conducting one-on-one mentoring sessions, assisting with social service resource connections, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. The role requires strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with youth, families, and colleagues. Qualifications Experience in Youth Work, Youth Services, and Youth MentoringBackground in Social Work with the ability to connect young individuals to appropriate resourcesStrong Communication skills for effective interaction with youth, families, and team membersAbility to work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive and inclusive environmentProblem-solving skills, empathy, and a passion for youth empowermentBachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferredExperience working in community or educational settings is a plus
