Senior Frontend Developer

Skilled and detail-oriented *Front End Developer* to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in *ReactJS* and *NextJS*, a solid understanding of *User Experience (UX) principles*, *ADA accessibility standards*, and the ability to effectively *debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues*. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications using *ReactJS* and *NextJS*. * Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences. * Implement user interfaces that adhere to established *UX best practices* and accessibility standards. * Ensure compliance with *ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)* and WCAG accessibility guidelines. * Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues across multiple browsers and devices. * Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability. * Conduct code reviews and follow development best practices and coding standards. * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. * Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to front-end architecture and development processes. *Required Qualifications* * Strong hands-on experience with: * *ReactJS* * *NextJS* * JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 * Strong understanding of: * User Experience (*UX*) principles and standards * Responsive web design practices * *ADA/WCAG accessibility standards* * Proven ability to *debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex front-end issues*. * Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with modern front-end development tools. * Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. *Nice-to-Have Qualifications* * *AWS Certification* (Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate, or equivalent). * Experience with *Cloud Computing* concepts and cloud-native application development. * Experience identifying and implementing *UI performance improvements*, including: * Page load optimization * Code splitting and lazy loading * Rendering optimization * Core Web Vitals improvements * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. *Soft Skills* * Excellent *written and verbal communication skills*. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. *Preferred Competencies* * Passion for creating accessible and user-friendly web experiences. * Continuous learning mindset with interest in emerging front-end technologies. * Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
