Business Administrator Support Customers. Drive Operations. Make an Impact. CAM Logic is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Business Office Administrator to join our team. This role serves as a critical link between our customers, sales team, finance team, and software partners ensuring orders, renewals, and customer requests are handled accurately and professionally. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, solving problems, and taking ownership of important business processes. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business including customer support, order management, software renewals, and operational administration. WHAT YOU'LL DO Customer & Account Support • Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for customers. • Assist customers with administrative and account-related inquiries. • Support customer retention efforts through proactive follow-up and renewal coordination. Renewal/Order Management • End-to-End Renewal Management: Oversee the full renewal timeline (typically beginning 60-120 days before expiration), including tracking expiration dates, preparing quotes, and finalizing contracts. • Monitor upcoming renewals and work with Account Managers to ensure timely customer engagement. • Commercial Negotiation: Lead discussions regarding contract terms, pricing, and multi-year agreements, while effectively handling customer objections and mitigating churn risks. • Maintain accurate renewal records and reporting within CRM systems. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success to address at-risk accounts, Sales to identify upgrade/expansion opportunities, and Finance to ensure compliance. • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Review orders for completeness and accuracy prior to submission. • Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment. • Maintain organized order documentation and status tracking. • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate data in the organization's CRM and provide accurate monthly and quarterly renewal revenue forecasts to leadership. QUALIFICATIONS Required • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer service, office management, or business support role. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. • Strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills. Preferred • Experience with software subscriptions, maintenance renewals, SaaS, or recurring revenue business models. • Experience with order processing, customer account management, or business operations. • Experience supporting accounting, billing, invoicing, or finance-related processes. • Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems. • Experience working in technology, software, manufacturing, engineering, or professional services industries. Education A college degree is preferred but not required.
