Bilingual HR Generalist Location: Vernon, CA (Onsite, 5 Days/Week)Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 DOEType: Direct Hire Overview A well-established distribution and manufacturing company in Vernon is looking for a hands-on Bilingual HR Generalist to serve as a key operational HR resource across multiple locations. This is a highly autonomous role; you'll own HR functions end-to-end, drive initiatives, and serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruiting across departments, including operations, from job posting through offer letterServe as the first-line HR contact for employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and investigationsAdminister performance management cyclesOwn HR compliance initiatives, policy updates, audit preparation, employment postings, and multi-state wage and hour requirementsMaintain employee records and reporting through Paylocity HRISSupport payroll review and processing as neededCoordinate required training programs and track completionOccasional travel required for the roleIdeal Candidate3-5+ years of HR Generalist experienceExperience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics-based environment is highly preferredBilingual in Spanish (fluent or highly proficient) requiredProven ability to independently own HR functions with minimal oversightStrong background in employee relations, performance management, and HR complianceWorking knowledge of California employment law, including Labor Code requirements and leave lawsHands-on experience with payroll processes and HRIS platformsHighly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple entitiesBachelor's degree preferred; experience is valued over formal education
