Job Description Theodore, AL: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Bulk Loader to support safe, accurate loading of mineral products while ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.Essential DutiesOperate bulk loading equipment to load mineral powders or granules into trucks, railcars, and storage containers with precision and accuracyEnsure product integrity by handling materials to prevent contamination, loss, or damage during loadingInspect, operate, and perform routine maintenance on equipment including conveyors, hoppers, forklifts, and loadersFollow all safety protocols and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environmentMonitor loading processes and equipment performance, identifying and reporting issues promptlyCoordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely shipmentsMaintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with safety and quality standardsRequirements / SkillsStrong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and product qualityAbility to operate or quickly learn heavy equipment such as loaders, conveyors, and related machineryKnowledge of safety procedures within industrial or manufacturing environmentsEffective communication and teamwork skills to support cross-functional coordinationProblem-solving ability with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesAbility to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, carry, and move materials as neededCapability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate industrial environmentsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsWillingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to safely operate heavy equipment and machineryEqual Opportunity Statement:Flexicrew Technical Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with FTS is governed on the basis of merit, competence, and qualifications.
