Full Stack Software Developer (TS/SCI) - Office of Naval Intelligence Support TENAX Technologies, LLC is seeking Full Stack Software Developers to support mission-critical Information Technology services for the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI)These are full-time, onsite positions requiring an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibilitySelected candidates will design, develop, deploy, and sustain secure, scalable applications supporting national security missions within a DevSecOps-driven environmentPosition Overview The Full Stack Software Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle of enterprise applications, including front-end user interfaces, back-end services, database integration, and deployment pipelinesThis role emphasizes secure coding practices, continuous integration and delivery, and alignment with DoD cybersecurity and operational requirements. Developers will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and mission stakeholders-to deliver high-quality, resilient solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python)Build and enhance responsive front-end interfaces and integrate with secure back-end services and APIsDevelop and manage relational and non-relational databases , including schema design, optimization, and data integrationImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines within a DevSecOps framework , supporting automated testing, security scanning, and deploymentEnsure applications comply with DoD cybersecurity requirements , including secure coding practices and vulnerability remediationCollaborate in Agile development environments , participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement activitiesIntegrate applications with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and mission data sourcesTroubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and integration challengesProduce and maintain technical documentation, including design artifacts, API documentation, and deployment procedures Required QualificationsActive Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityDoD IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g. Security+ CE, etc)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems , or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack software developmentProficiency in one or more of the following:Back-end: Java, PythonFront-end: JavaScript (e.g., React, Angular, or similar frameworks)Database: SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)Experience working within a DevSecOps environment , including CI/CD pipeline implementation and sustainmentFamiliarity with secure coding practices and application security principles Desired Qualifications5+ years of experience in full stack developmentExperience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecturesFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community environments , including RMF and system accreditation processesKnowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or DoD cloud environments)
