West Coast hospitality company seeking a Food & Beverage Controller
Location: Portland, OR
Salary: $120k

Responsibilities:
Financial Management - Oversee all accounting operations for multiple restaurant brands
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Manage internal and external audits.
Systems and Process Improvement - Implement and maintain the organization's ERP and Finance systems, continuously evaluate and improve financial controls and processes.
Team Leadership - Manage and develop the accounting team
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/financial management
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with CPA preferred
Food & beverage or hospitality accounting/financial management required
Thorough knowledge of GAAP regulations, accounting policies and procedures, tax regulations, and financial reporting
Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
