Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including talent acquisition, Payroll, and talent management. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Oversee talent acquisition processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Manage workers' compensation claims and related processes
- Utilize HR systems such as ArmHR
- Support administrative tasks within the HR department
- Assist in talent management initiatives including training development and performance evaluations
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition and management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
