Looking for a "people person" to provide administrative support for construction projects. We are a family owned commercial contractor and have been in the green industry for over 30 years. We have close, long term relationships with our vendors and clients and require a professional team player. Additionally, the role includes organizing internal processes, supporting team members with clerical duties, maintaining records and schedules, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff.Responsibilities and Qualifications5+ Years experience in office administration roleStrong proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google WorkspaceStrong math skills for preparation of contract bidsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to supervise and lead a team effectivelyCustomer service skillsRespond to emails and messages with with appropriate follow upsSchedule crewsKnowledge of the landscaping or tree care industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is preferredBenefitsProfit sharing planCompensationBased upon experienceMin: $28.00/hrMax: $32.00/hrOn site: 8:30-4:30
