Yardi ERP Application Manager

Job Description ComResource is looking for a Yardi ERP Application Manager.We need someone to assist in leading the configuration, optimization, and strategic roadmap of Yardi Voyager and RentCafé platforms while ensuring compliance and system performance.Responsibilities:Lead configuration, optimization, and support of Yardi Voyager and RentCaféEnsure compliance with Affordable Housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, HOME)Manage integrations using SQL, APIs, and Microsoft FabricOversee upgrades, patches, and new module implementationsLead and mentor Yardi Business AnalystsOwn product roadmap and release planningDrive process improvement and change management initiativesOversee system security design and permissionsCoordinate Level 2 support and vendor escalationsSupport reporting, analytics, and data integrity initiativesEssentials:7+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager and RentCafé experienceStrong SQL skills and understanding of Yardi database structureExperience implementing Yardi modules and managing ERP projectsExperience with Microsoft Fabric, SSIS/SSRS, or similar integration toolsStrong understanding of property management and accounting workflowsDemonstrated leadership experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experienceDesired:Yardi certificationAffordable Housing industry experienceExperience with additional Yardi modulesExperience integrating with Power BIPMP, ITIL, or change management certificationsReq ID: RB829254218
