Quality Support, Inc., openings for a Program Manager with 10+ years of related experience with a background of submarine electronic subsystem requirements, development, testing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting AI infrastructure. In this role, you will be a strategic and results driven Program Manager, that oversees a portfolio of interconnected projects. You will bridge the gap between business vision and execution, working closely with executives, project managers, and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that align with our long-term organizational goals. performing in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic AI team environment. Preferred Virginia Class Submarine Program and/or Columbia Class Submarine Program background/experience but not required. Top-Secret clearances required. Must be a US Citizen. Help drive the next-must have dynamic mission-critical government projects while accelerating your program management skills and career. * Strategic Oversight: Translate executive vision into clear program roadmaps, ensuring all projects directly support organizational strategy. * Program Execution: Manage the full life cycle of the program, defining governance, controls, and success metrics. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate diverse teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, HR) to ensure unified deliverables. * Financial Management: Develop and manage the overall program budget, controlling costs and maximizing return on investment (ROI). * Risk & Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and overcome program risks, escalating critical scope issues to senior leadership when necessary. * Stakeholder Communication: Maintain seamless communication with C-suite leaders, stakeholders, and external partners regarding program status and milestones Program Manager Qualifications/Skills * Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. * Advanced knowledge of project and program management techniques and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP certification is a plus). * Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and financial tracking tools. * Communication: Ability to adapt communication styles to technical teams, financial stakeholders, and executives. * Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to develop clear messaging and communications for executives and senior level customers. * Teamwork * Analyzing information * System/AI design * System/AI documentation * System/AI testing * System/AI development fundamentals * System/AI development process * System/AI requirements * System architecture * The desire to be challenged and think out of the box Education / Experience Required * Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * Minimum 10 years of directly related experience in program management, upper management, or a senior project leadership role. systems engineering.
