Human Resources Administrator

Overview of this roleWe are a company in an exciting period of growth, and we’re looking for an HR Administrator who thrives in a collaborative, valuing people environment. In this role, you’ll help drive our transition toward fully digitized HR processes while supporting employees and the business with a high‑service mindset. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager jumping in wherever help is needed and ensuring supervisors and employees receive timely, accurate, and professional support. Experience with HRIS platforms and ADP is a strong plus.What you’ll doHRIS & Data ManagementMaintain, update, and audit employee information in the HRIS with accuracy and care.Lead and support efforts to digitize paper files by scanning, organizing, and securely storing records electronically.Produce and distribute reports, dashboards, and analytics that support HR and leadership needs.Participate in system testing, data uploads, and process updates.Employee Records & DocumentationMaintain organized, compliant personnel files.Oversee document retention schedules.Prepare and process HR documents including new hire packets and status changes.HR Operations & Employee SupportProvide administrative support across recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance.Assist with new hire setup and orientation.Respond to employee questions about processes, policies, pay, and benefits with a customer‑focused mindset.Support payroll processes.Jump in to help with department needs and projects.Compliance & Process SupportAssist with internal audits, compliance checks, and required reporting.Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards.Support continuous improvement efforts.What you’ll needRequired1–3 years HR administrative experience.HRIS experience.Strong organization and accuracy.Excellent customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Ability to handle confidential information PreferredADP experience.Experience digitizing records.Familiarity with payroll and benefits.CompetenciesService‑oriented mindsetCollaboration & teamworkAdaptabilityStrong communication skillsData accuracy & integrityProfessionalism & confidentialityProblem‑solvingProcess improvement mindsetWork EnvironmentAbility to sit at a computer for extended periods.Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.On-site schedule.Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to be successful in this role.
