Program Manager
Serenity Health Services (SERENITY) is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered services. This role focuses on overseeing in-home and community-based care for children and adults with mental health conditions, substance use disorders (SUD), and/or developmental disabilities (IDD/DD) across Merced County and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of clinical and support services across home, school, and community settings for clients with complex behavioral health and developmental needs.
Supervise a diverse team, including licensed clinicians, case managers, peer support specialists, and paraprofessionals.
Manage the client care process, including intake, assessment, treatment planning, service coordination, and discharge.
Lead interdisciplinary team meetings; provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training.
Ensure compliance with Medi-Cal documentation standards, DHCS guidelines, and program-specific contractual requirements.
Collaborate with schools, hospitals, Regional Centers, county departments, and community-based organizations to ensure integrated care.
Track program performance metrics, lead quality assurance activities, and spearhead continuous improvement efforts.
Provide direct clinical support during crises and deliver services when necessary.
Assist with program development, contract reporting, and expansion initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
Current California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
At least 3 years of post-licensure experience, including supervision or program management roles.
Demonstrated experience working with children, adults, and families with mental health and co-occurring SUD diagnoses.
Knowledge of services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and coordination with Regional Centers.
Familiarity with trauma-informed care, CalAIM, and community-based behavioral health models.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Wraparound, EPSDT, and other community-based care models.
Knowledge of Medi-Cal billing, documentation, and California’s behavioral health systems.
Ability to provide clinical supervision per BBS requirements
Bilingual in Spanish, Hmong, or other threshold language(s).
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.

$87,360 - $93,600 per year
