Job Title: Senior Sales Account Executive – Laboratory Services & SolutionsLocation: New Brunswick, NJ 08901 (Remote)Duration: Fulltime - Field-based role with occasional in-office meetings as neededJob Description:About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to drive business growth across the Northern New Jersey and New York market. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a strong background selling into university hospitals, healthcare systems, laboratory environments, and related service organizations.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and promoting laboratory services, equipment solutions, and customized kitting offerings to healthcare, research, and clinical organizations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the assigned Northern NJ and NY territory.Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with university hospitals, healthcare systems, research institutions, and laboratory organizations.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Present and sell laboratory services, equipment solutions, and custom kitting programs tailored to client needs.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity.Required Qualifications8+ years of successful B2B sales experience.Proven track record of new business development and territory growth.Experience selling laboratory services, laboratory equipment, scientific solutions, healthcare services, or related offerings.Strong background working with or selling into university hospitals, healthcare systems, academic medical centers, or laboratory service environments.Established network and market knowledge within Northern New Jersey and New York.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience serving pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical laboratory, research, healthcare, or academic institutions.Knowledge of laboratory operations, equipment services, or custom kitting solutions.Existing relationships within major university hospitals and healthcare organizations in the region.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commission plus bonus structure.Opportunity to join a growing organization in the laboratory services and solutions space.High-impact role with significant territory ownership and growth potential.
